Building a business is never linear. I built Fleurs by Noelle from scratch in Melbourne — a city that shaped my creative foundation and entrepreneurial spirit. Years later, I found myself starting again in Singapore. New city. New market. No contacts. No shortcuts.

Over three sessions with an optional fourth with portfolio building (2 hours duration each), we’ll cover:

Your floral business should feel as unique as your arrangements. We’ll explore your style, ideal clientele, and how to create a brand that resonates. This will help you discover who you are you as a florist and position your business in a competitive market.

Session Two: Crafting Offerings & Pricing with Confidence
From bespoke arrangements to large-scale events, we’ll refine your services, set pricing that reflects your value, and discuss sourcing premium materials. Now that you’ve defined your style, it’s time to shape your offerings — the services that reflect your strengths, your values, and the kind of work you want to be known for.

Session Three: The Business of Floristry
Balancing creativity with strategy—client relationships, marketing, and managing operations to build a sustainable, high-end floral brand. I’ll walk you through the journey of my business over the years, and help you lay the right foundations and create a clear blueprint — so your own business has the space and structure to thrive.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON OR A LA CARTE OPTION:

Session Four: Design & Picture-Taking Day

A dedicated session to create, refine, and capture your work. You’ll have access to premium flowers, professional tools, and a styled setting to bring your designs to life. A professional photographer will be on-site to document your work, ensuring you leave with polished images to elevate your portfolio.

This will include:

1. 1 x Hand Tied Bouquet

2. 1 x Table Centrepiece

3. Large Scale Installation of choice (pending review and confirmation)
